I just got my text notice of received payment (PIF as always) for my QS. Only this time it said “Capital One Alert: You paid $XX.XX to your WORLD ELITE MASTERCARD (####) on JAN 25, 2018. Std carrier chrges apply”

Never noticed the “World Elite” designation before. Anyone else see this on theirs?

Do a search, and you will find many, many threads on World Elite MC.

They are like any other bank with prime cards. I’m guessing you qualified for a card with a limit over 5k or 10k. Which automatically gets you their top tier of the card. Congrats.

What was your starting limit with the card and has it always been a quicksilver card? I started off with a $300 platinum card which I’ve PC’d to quicksilver and it is at a $5800 limit now. I’ve had no luck getting Cap1 to switch it to a world elite card from a regular Mastercard.

I got the QS in May 2017 w/ a $1K SL, in Aug I requested a CLI and they bumped it to $1.1K where it still sits today. I have to wait until 15 Feb 18 to request another CLI. That’s why it caught my attention.
