Opened my Cap1 platinum Nov last year. April I saw an increase of 1500 giving me a 2K limit. I called and asked about the program. The rep told me I was slated for a bump to 750 limit after 6 months of good payments- but after reviewing my usage they went with the higher limit.

Did get a letter today so the ball is rolling!!!!
I followed the steps as laid out in an email I received from Cap1. I used the 1,000 CL card mildly and right before the 6th statement posted, I got an auto CLI to 4,000.
I posted exactly how I used the card and an email right from the account site earlier in the month may or may not have played a part. I told them I probably couldn't use the card much in the future with such a low CL and the CLI happened a few weeks later.
