Cap One SP CLI: who and from when?

Anyone know which CB they use AND is the pull at the time of the request or a prior/recent AR from said bureau?

From what I understand they use TU and use your most recent pull (that they use for their monthy Credit Wise BS).  For a SP they do not do an immediate pull at the time of the SP CLI request.

My reports from all three bureaus show soft pulls by Capital One. They were done over a period of about a month.
