I still receieve a statement when its $0. Did you sign up for paperless by accident? You can go online after 2 days or so and look for you statement online.
Nah I'm good with paperless... I just wanted to make sure that a statement (with a $0 balance) is generated if I PIF before the cut date... mainly because they said they will look at CLI's every 6 statements. If I PIF and they don't generate a statement, does that mean I lost a month?
I did that in February with GECRB... I PIF before the statement so now when I look at my online list of statements I see:
Nov
Dec
Jan
March
... because GECRB didn't generate a statement for February because I had a $0 balance. I was just asking if CapOne did the same thing.

I've had my CapOne cards for a year and have been allowing the statements to cut with small balances ($5 to $100) because of auto CLI's every 5-6 statements. I don't want to shoot myself in the foot and lose a statement so I'm asking...
Capital one still generates a statement. I got mine yesterday and not only did I have a 0 balance, I had 0 transanctions for the month.
Thanks to you both!
Yes, Cap One still issues statements with 0 balance. I had a zero balance for over a year on my card and got a statement every month.

U will always get a statement cut from Cap1(either way). Now with GE cards, I have amazon and wally card.
With Amazon, if u dont use the card in any given cycle, u will not get a statement cut. If u use it and pay b4 statement cuts, u will get a statement cut showing 0 balance.
With Wally, its interesting is that, if u use the card and pay it off b4 the statement cuts, u will not get a statement for that billing period(its weird).
So baically with wally, the only time where u would get a statement is when u have a reported balance.(this has been my xperience)
