Very sorry to hear of your denial, but I'm really glad they were able to upgrade your existing card after all. I just received my new (upgraded) Cash Rewards Visa Signature last week. You definitely should be able to get a CLI through the Exec Office. Good luck and congrats on the upgrade!

That's ok. I think I will need to email EO for CLI. I haven't gotten any CLI for over 6 years.

I just checked online and the Cash Rewards MC is already showing. I guess they didn't change the card type. Now it refelects the Cash Back instead of points.
