Cap1 is offering a free Uber One membership on my QS. The instructions say I should just pay with my QS and the statement credit should be applied automatically. The fine print says it may take 1-2 statement cycles but in my experience with other banks usually these credits are applied in a few days. Any DP about how long this usually takes? It's been almost a month and no statement credit so far.

I've been getting mine several weeks after the charge posts, which is annoying. It's worse than Citi's merchant offers.
I am getting an additional 10% ($1) in my cash back, though, which is nice.
I had the same issue. I called in and the rep had no idea about the promo. I told him where to look and he verified it is indeed a promo on the card. H

e spoke with a supervisor and he came back from hold and said it would post in a couple days and it did indeed post about 3 days after the call.
I'm glad you posted this! I was wondering the same thing. I used the credit on a Quicksilver card on February 1 and as of today 2/22 the charge hasn't been reimbursed.
I called Capital One to get an idea of when it would be reimbursed and they said it can take 31 days. Amex has me spoiled. When they offered Uber One free for a year they would reimburse me in 2-4 days after the charge posted.
