Cap1 Inquiry from 2011 removed, added, removed

Credit Karma reported a HP from Cap1 (dated Sept 23, 2011) was removed from my report on 7/29, then added back on 7/30, then removed again today.  Very odd they would mess with an old inquiry like this one.  I didn't even ask to get it removed.

Sounds to me like it was probably a CK reporting glitch. But it certainly is not going to affect your FICO score since it's over a year old.
