UPDATE - Just logged into my online account and saw the image of the card change to the Quciksliver card And they still haven't emailed me that my card has shipped.

Just read this, so I logged in to check mine as well.. yep, Quicksilver card image, instead of the plat.  I, however, have received email confirmation of my CLI, and "Rewards Update".. but still no confirmation of mailing of card either.  Since you already had cashback rewards, I doubt you'll get that email.  Guess we just have to keep opening the mailbox to look for the card to arrive!

Yes to both.  I had the green Platinum Cash Rewards that was PC'd to the Quicksilver back when it first came out.  They said it'd be a Visa Signature but it arrived and was not.  Just had a normal Visa logo on it but it had no AF on it.  I had a $6.5k limit at the time too I believe.  I'd take a picture and black out the card number and my name but I think I read somewhere that you're not allowed to even if you do that.

Anyhow, a bit off-topic but I can't find the previous thread.

~1 year after getting PC'd to Quicksilver, I contacted the EO and asked about being upgraded to the Visa Signature version of the card (I currently have a $7.5k limit) and they said they'd look into it and get back to me.  Usually the turn around time to receive a call from the EO is a few business days but I heard nothing.  Received a letter saying that they're upgrading me to Visa Sig and then received my new card shortly after.

05/14: Contacted EO

05/19: Received upgrade letter

05/23: Received new card

They say you're eligible to request a CLI/upgrade/PC once every 6 months but I haven't given that a shot since the new EO contact method became available beyond this PC from Visa to Visa Signature.

Well, finally the card has been shipped. I'll let you guys know if it's in fact  the QS Visa Plat.

I had to practically fight Cap1 to get a PC to Quicksilver. I had a platinum at $500 with no rewards that was my oldest account, so obviously I couldnt close it. I must've given over a dozen bad reviews on chat, talked to the same number of call center people and their managers, and nothing but the "offers come up periodically" line. 

I finally got a breakthrough blasting them on twitter and telling them how Citi was better. EO called the next day and I got approved for a Quicksilver with 2500.

Now I'm trying to get the Visa Signature version. Is it positive that my limit has to be over 5k? Then I guess I might be out of luck.

Thanks for sharing! I just tried this and they PC my card to QuickSilver with no annual fee!
