Cap1 cli button = NO! (Update)

CapOne has gone to the shredder!

Closed both accts this AM.

So I was able to upgrade my $2K Journey Visa to the Quicksilver, for an exciting .5% increase in cash back (lol).

With this "success" I thought I'd try the cli button.

Cap1's response/denial:

"Recent use of this account's existing credit line has been too low"

I'd use the card a lot more if it had a workable limit!

No apps/new accts since 2011

Curious, just what is your limit on that card? With those scores, I would be surprised if it's a toy limit.

Re: Cap1 cli button = NO!

Based on post it appears OP has a 2k limit which is surprising for that high of a credit score.

=P I would call into EO. With those types of scores they should hopefully be able to help you.
