I just spoke with a Cap1 rep via chat about closing my secured card that I have had for almost 4 years and was informed that they have started graduating secured cards to unsecured. I have seen 2 posts on here about them doing this but they are a tad bit dated and no one else in the chat had it happen other than the poster. Has anyone else out there been moved from secured to unsecured? Just paid off the balance on mine and was ready to close it but may stick around to see if I am moved to unsecrued...but not waiting for long.
