CapOne text alert

I sign up for the daily text alerts and it usually says ...
MASTERCARD PLATINUM ending in XXXX bal. 0.00 as of 08/24.

Today it reads:
MASTERCARD WORLDCARD ending in XXXX bal 0.00 as of 8/31.

That a world MasterCard I guess? My old card expires in September

Yep, they upgraded your MasterCard to a World from Platinum. A MC World card includes a few new fringe benefits but it all spends the same. Enjoy the upgrade!
