No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
The combined card will adopt the age of the destination card so you will lose the QS age.
Personally, I feel that it will take too much spending to break even on the Savor with $95 AF vs using Savor One so here is what I would do, SD QS for now, meet the Savor required spending and secure the $500 SUB, keep using Savor until few months before AF hit (2nd year), combine it into the QS to keep QS age, then PC it to Savor One.

So I’ll just start off by saying I am a long time reader of the forum and have just recently began to post questions and answers when I have them (an admittedly rare occurrence). I very much appreciate the feed back and advice I’ve gotten. Whether or not the Credit Cards forum is good for my will power to resist apps is another story.
My question this time is about the Capital One Account combination. I have used this once before to combine a platinum with a Quicksilver that I currently have. The quicksilver has become obsolete in my wallet as I have a double cash now for generic spend. I just was approved for a Savor and would be interested in combining the two accounts.
This option isn’t currently available, but I’m wondering how long a new account has to be open to make this an option? Also the quicksilver that was a Platinum was my first credit card ($300 limit and pumped to get it at the time). Would the age still transfer from the original platinum if it now became a Savor?
I was trying to combined limits too and was told both cards needs to be in the same system like Visa and Visa. So I was denied because my QS is Mastercard and my recently approved Venture Card is Visa.

Didn’t even think of this...my QS is a MasterCard and I’m not sure what the Savor is gonna be.
Anyone know what the Savor cards typically come as?
Just wanted to update you guys.. Tried it today and mine works. I was able to combine limits and close my Quicksilver.

I was about to chime in that the info you were given about the networks needing to be the same was incorrect.
Glad you got it to work!
