Today, I requested CLI on both Capital One cards and got the 2-3 business day response. Is this a bad sign since it was an automatic response 6 months ago?
No, see how it goes. Give the EO a call if you get a denial. Sometimes I get approved by using the online button and other times I have to give them a call.

No its a SP. You might have hit the limit but its worth a shot. I thought i was at my limit as well but the EO helped alot.
