Re: Capital One Combining with a balance question

That is a good question. When i combined both my cards last week they combined to the one with the lower APR. Both my cards had balances.

Re: Capital One Combining with a balance question

I recently did this with my old card having a balance of 300 and 19.8% and my new card having a 0% intro rate.  The csr told me that the balance would be taken in under the new card and would be a part of the 0% intro rate, so that should apply to everyone card that does that I would assume.

Re: Capital One Combining with a balance question

I combined 2 Cap1's one with a 6.19% intrest and one with a 5.59% and when I combined them to the lower card the new balance was under the new lower APR.
