I've been dealing with the EO for around a month now. Long story short I have an older secured card and they waived the AF for life on it. I also have them pushing a recon through for me. I threw out a notepad and it had my reps name/extension on it and they were able to find her just by first name. This is 100% a small office (they actually have two offices), but unlike I have heard from most people they do not mind cold calls. I would just make sure that whatever you are calling them for is something that is on par with calling the EO.

I sent an email about a week ago and finally spoke to someone who submitted my information for manual review around lunchtime yesterday. From this point, how long before I get a yay or nay on my request? She said to keep checking my account online or via the automated system. I am totally not keeping my hopes up to prevent further CapOne disappointment.
