Capital One GM Card CLI Challenge?

In the early stages of a what I've dubbed, 1st spree part 2 which will include some CLI's i hope.

Citi wasted no time or an Experian HP in doing a x3 the original SL. That one was a tough week and 1/2 sell at 3 months but came through nonetheless thank goodness (and clean record)

I had already primed the Capital One EO cubicle last month in January in a similar manner, but i reluctantly relented at the very last moment because i was reminded of the !caution! always urged here by senior and established members in order to reserve the available inquiries for new primes first. And so far that approach is proven invaluable in not wasting any.

This question is probably already been asked and answered repeatedly before about Capital One but keep in mind this is an attempt at a CLI from them for the GM WEMC and they told me a HP is required first.

What strikes me odd is that my mailer call in approval back in October they only pulled a single CRA in Equifax.

What's the chances/odds/suggestions or whatever if i permit the go ahead for a CLI?

You just can't run enough any amount of spend in a mere 600 limit that even Comenity store cards have bested more then once. I even explained this to the EO Rep last month when they called. I even had a pretty nice letter of concern mailed to me over this issue.

Since this part 2 spree is going to have to be it for 2014 i think it's just as well but should i wait another month, try now, or what?
My current scores across the board average 705 with approximately. <17% Util.
Thanks.
