What happened to the online chat feature? Did they hide it somewhere I can't find?

Sometimes it takes awhile to pop up. Make sure you don't have ad-blockers on. Showed up quickly for me on 2 browsers yesterday.

If the popup doesn't appear at the top, look for an icon above the bullhorn near the bottom left side of the page and click on it.

I always see it bottom left.  Only if I'm signed in though.

I usually see it under the Contact tab at the very bottom. Make sure you're logged in.

used it yesterday; can find it in several places as mentioned by others. just don't always take their CSRs at their word when using it

I'm not finding it any way mentioned above. I turned off popup blockers, I swithced to chrome. Nada

Yea same here. I see the bullhorn button but it’s for leaving feedback. Granted, I am using the mobile version if that makes any difference.

Mine disappeared a month ago and never came back. I have checked everywhere, had pop-up blockers turned off and tried on different browsers and devices and nothing. Empty cookies and noped. Not even incognito 🤣

I also have the feedback thing but never the chat.
