Sent an e-mail out late Friday night, finally got the call today, however I was working at the time and couldn't answer
by the time I went on my break to call the EO, I guess the call volume was busy during that time and nobody picked up within my 10-15 minute break...
As soon as I got out, I called, a woman picked up the phone immediately and I asked her if she could connect me to so-and-so and his extension so that I may speak to him about my Orchard Bank account. She took my name and phone number in case we got disconnected, tried his line, and let me know that he was out of the office, and if I would like to leave a voicemail. Gave the gentleman my name, number, and the times I would be available to chat, since I'll be working again tomorrow too.
In the e-mail, I asked for a CLI (from $1,500 to $10,000; hey, might as well shoot big!) on my recently unsecured account (seems different people have different results: nothing, or successful with HP, or successful with SP), as well as an annual fee waiver or completely cancelled. Had the account for almost 3 years (2 years 9 months, to be exact), absolutely no negatives or baddies on my account, and cards are in the siggy at the bottom. Also have approx $18,500 worth in student loans that are deferred.
Oh, and for the millions of people who post asking for the CEO's e-mail...google the name of the CEO, and it is: first name.last [email protected]
May also ask if they can add rewards at all...might as well, considering I have higher limit cards with no annual fee AND rewards.
Let's see how it goes! I'm hoping for the best!
You`ll get it... I did... 300 to 1000.. no apr reduction but annual fee waived.

Thanks! I couldn't remember who were the few people who got it with Orchard Bank, so thanks for posting and reminding me! I don't mind the apr, it's already super low (7.9%), but CLI and definitely the annual fee waived would be awesome!

Seems about right to me. Matching CSP sounds reasonable.

Thanks! And personally, I feel like it's a stretch too, but like dustin mentioned, matching my other $10,000 card seems fair. Might as well reach high and have them counter!
got a called from Capital EO Today too, I asked for 3k, im in 500 right now since 5 years, however I have 3 baddies with that card since oct 2011... we will see how they treat me ![]()
im just hoping for 500 more
or atleast 250 ![]()
I got 3k on my Orchard card last week... happy with that if it stays at 7.9%!
