I closed out my 1800$ secured last week, they applied my deposit towards the account now showing -1700$ and supposed to mail me a check for the over payment...waiting.

yes you can combine them which will close one of the cards. keep in mind you cannot combine a secured card with an insecured. is not allowed.
no you cannot. only unsecured
