Hi All! My husband are buying a house and scheduled to close at the end of the month. We put some furniture aside at a local furniture store with a 20% deposit. They offer a 12 months same as cash financing option that I'd like to take advantage of so I don't raid our savings. Obviously I know I can't apply for financing until after we close, but I also want to make sure I qualify. The store uses Capital One Retail Services for its financing. I have 3 existing Capital One credit cards in good standing and my credit scores are in the low 700s, low utilization, but a bunch of inquiries related to the mortgage. I was curious if anyone had any experience with Capital One retail services for furniture financing. Should I have any issues getting approved?
