Capital One Venture Card Question...HELP....

Okay, so I went from a 426 credit score to a 729 in 3 years. I started with a Capital One Platinum with a 300.00 limit. Today that card has a 10,000 limit.

I did the online chat tonight to see if I could PC the card to a Venture. They said sure. My question is this. Since it was a PC do I still get the bonus of 40,000 miles if I spend 3000.00 in 90 days? I couldn't seem to find the answer to this online and was hoping someone had gone through a similar situation

No, if you pc you miss out on the bonus. You would need to app for the card.

OP, if you want to PC the card, go for the Quicksilver. It has better (more straightforward) rewards and no annual fee.

If I'm not mistaken, a PC to the Venture won't waive off the first year fee. And no bonuses either. You can always apply for a Venture later for the bonus.
