Capital One not reporting?

Has anyone ever had any issues with Capital One not reporting to any of the bureau's after your statement has cut? Last month I had a lot of usage on my card, and they reported like 3 days after the statement cut. This month, I paid it down to zero, and they still havent reported it to the bureau's, its been about a week since it normally would have. Should I give them a call, or is that like normal? Thanks!

Same here.  This was discussed earlier in the month.  A poster said they spoke with Cap One and the "issue" was supposed to be handled in few days.  Maybe those of us waiting on updates should increase the pressure on them.  I'm waiting for a $4,000 payoff to report.  Should have been updated to bureaus yesterday.

UGH that sucks. I'm going to pick my car up on Saturday and was hoping to have my score as high as possible when I go. Blah. Hopefully it'll happen soon.

Sorry about that.  I believe we should give them a call.  Never hurts to ask!

Re: Capital One not reporting?

I just called Cap One and the CSR I spoke with knew nothing of the issue.  She opened a "case" and I should hear from them in 7-10 days.

Re: Capital One not reporting?

I am having the same issue. The last time they reported for me was August 25, I chatted with a CSR earlier this month and they told me they would need to make a “dispute” with the credit bureaus and that it could take 60 to 90 days for it to be updated, Didn’t sound right. But wasn’t sure the hat to do about it.

Ugh. That balance change was gonna boost me up like 30 or so points. Would have looked really good with my util under 30 too. Hopefully they'll get their crap together...

Re: Capital One not reporting?

No kidding, I've had my QS for over 4 years now and it has NEVER reported to Experian.  I asked about it some time ago and received some vague answer. It was annoying at the time because I was rebuilding and could have really used that postiive account reporting.  Now I don't care anymore enough to ever bother speaking wtih them about it.  Best of luck to you in getting this issue resolved.

Re: Capital One not reporting?

@MVPJ. Yeah this is really annoying. It’s not right. I did have them do the dispute. But it is crazy that we are having this issue. I need them to correct this.

Space-cowboy I agree with you. Imma need them to get their act together ASAP.
