Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
For those who haven't noticed yet, Capital One has released a feature similar to Discover's Freeze Account. Now you can lock your card if you lose it or SD it.
Ya they have had it for ahile, just don't advertise it like Discover. Nice for SD'ed cards although I don't really worry about it as we aren't liable for charges, just got to pay attention to cards every so often,

Weird, I just got the notification today that my app needed to be updated to take advantage of the feature. I check for updates every single day. I have used the Capital One Wallet app in the past few days and this is the first time is see it.

There are two apps at least for Cap1 and believe it wasn't their main one that had it, it was a different less known one.. Just got a new phone last week andhaven't installed the apps since.. Maybe they wrapped it into the main one. dunno.
The screenshot is not for their main app, it's for their wallet app. Regardless, kudos to them for adding that feature.
Nice feature...happy they've added it.
Why is this not available with the regular app? Booooo!

I think that's been in place for about a month or two now. And yes it's on the Wallet App, and it's a nice touch. I was pleased when I saw it. For the record, I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, so maybe the iOS version was a little behind on the update?
That was probably why I had not seen it.
