Capital one PC question

With the whole issue lately of my QS1 showing as a platinum mc, I asked the CS rep about upgrades and only the venture1 was available. Was thinking it over and logged back in today to do the pc and boom, upgrade offers for regular quicksilver, venture1, and venture. Would the venture be worth it as mostly my hotel card, or would the quicksilver be the better option.

Re: Capital one PC question

I have both and prefer the 1.5% back on the QS.

Re: Capital one PC question

Isn't this new Former QS1 Platinum actually the same features as a Quicksilver, with both giving 1.5% at no annual fee?

Re: Capital one PC question

QS1 does give 1.5% but has a $39 AF

Re: Capital one PC question

Yes but the ones they've changed to Platinum lose the annual fee and keep the 1.5%

Re: Capital one PC question

In my situation, even though it was showing as a platinum on my account the AF was still there and when I called they said it was just an issue in the system but it was still a QS1. Others have said their card was actually changed just not in my case.

Re: Capital one PC question

Oh well in that case, by all means change and make it a no annual fee card!
