Agreed, email is clunky, phone is best...miss the chat option :-(
They nerfed a few good things online. That and custom card design. Hopefully they put more money into their customer service via phone. Haven't called in quite a while.

Their customer service has always been top-notch for me. And I believe you can still get answers to many questions through Twitter DMs. But personally, I would just call. And it's as easy as opening the app on your phone and dialing from there.
This is a huge annoyance. I prefer chat as I like to have a transcript of the conversation. I think their customer service is lacking.
For someone that has a horrible time understanding people on the phone, hearing aids make it a little better, the chat option was the best option they had. Luckily Discover, Amex, and Citi still have theirs.

I have found the backdoor number, straight to acct specialist works best. Extremely polite and very helpful. Gets you away from an overseas rep who only has limited capabilities.

chat svc has been restored for banking svc, but not for cc. i also contact them via fb messenger if i need to. i HATE calling them.
