Capital one credit steps

My capital one quicksilver one 5th statement cuts tomorrow and I'm in the credit steps program. Should I get my increase right after the statement cuts or does it take a while? The representative told me it would be increased by the 7th statement but I hear some peoples increases right after the 5th statement.

my first 2 Cap One cards, I didn't see my actual increase until my 7th statements cut.

did you hit the luv button right around your 3rd statement?

i did i got a 100 dollar increase but nothing since then. thanks

I received my Platinum at the end of February with the first statement in March and received my Credit Steps increase in the middle of September (in the middle of a statement period, too, oddly enough).

I'm expecting similar for my QS1 - I received it this month and am expecting Credit Steps to hit in or around June.

It does seem like everyone is different but this was my personal experience.

My 5th statement cut November 30th and I haven't received anything yet. I'm assuming I'll see something on my 6th statement December 30th.

Everyone is different. I got the QS1 and platinum about 6 weeks ago. I kept hitting the luv button and finally got increase after first statement cut. started at 500 each. After increase I'm at 3000 for QS1 and 2000 for platinum.

Mine came right after my 5th or 6th statement, as soon as the next statment was active.  That is for both Platnum and QuckSilver1.
