Capital one rewards not posting

There's been an issue with quicksilver rewards not posting for almost a week. I called into customer service and they gave me a "goodwill" credit of $5 cash back. Not much but something is better than nothing and they say I'll still get the cash back I've already earned.

Thats pretty odd, i just went into my cap one accout and looked all the transaction that posted showed up in my earned rewards tab, so i think for me all the rewards have posted.

Mine is working also, though it skipped one awhile back, they gave me $2 credit.

You should call them. I wasn't expecting them to do anything but fix the issue. The issue still isn't fully resolved and they say it could be 5-7 business days before it's fixed. I appreciate the courtesy of $5 even though it's not a lot.
