Hi,
Every time I apply for a Capitol One card, I get denied & the reason is "credit bureau information missing or unavailable" from all 3 bureaus. I don't have any type of freeze on my reports. I applied in June & Last week. Same denial reason givin. I tried to recon but was told they don't recon. Maybe I was dialing the wrong number I got from here.
If Capitol one cannot view my reports then why do I have inquiries on all 3? Any idea how I should handle this? Can someone pm me the EO info?
I only have 5 store cards(since June) & AU on 2 major CC w/ low usage. Paid tax lien the only bad thing on my reports.
Do you have any existing credit? Cards, loans?

So you see the hard pulls from Cap One on all three? If so, contact the Executive Office, as the denial reason and the pulls together indicate something is wrong. It may not help, (maybe lack of history and the lien will cause a denial) but worth a try.
I had a similar experience with a CLI, they were pulling my UK address which understandably didn't cause a hit with the US CRAs!
Google "Capital One CEO email" for EO
You could easily have inquiries show up without TL data if there is a mismatch with your name or social security number. Each piece of personal information and TL has an identification/location number which gets matched up to create a credit file. You may have to work with the CRA's to correct the mismatch.
If its a issue or mismatch then wouldn't my credit report show incorrect info? Also my other denials list reasons, so if they can see my reports shouldn't Capitol. One see them.
