Ive also had great luck with Amex Platinum concierge service. I cant really comment on other services as I have not tried them.
What concert?
Taylor Swift... dont judge me - I was taking my niece

I have only used the Citi Prestige concierge service and I have to say I was very impressed. Used them to book hotel and rent a car for my trip to Ireland.
I would think it would be a step up given the high AF, but then again Visa and MC have a larger customer base and therefore maybe more influence in the market.
Everybody and their brother have WEMCs and Visa Signatures. You will always find better service from concierges dedicated to specific high end cards. It's not even close.
Better service was not my point (by which I mean how you are treated by the rep). More sway with restraurants and other businesses (ability to get hard reservations etc) was what I was thinking about due to the number of customers they have (granted I don't have any independent knowledge about the topic and its just a speculation). I would also be interested in what percentage of visa signature/wemc holders actually ever use their concierge (many probably don't even know about it).
I do and use Citi.
