They are...I think that I'm going to go for it...right after closing, that is! I might ask my Loan Processer if I can do it beforehand, but I really dont want to take the chance of screwing anything up.
Yeah that's one case I'd rather ask permission than forgiveness....explain why you want to do and why, the worst the LP can say is no and that's better than a no loan for you.

I'm pretty sure it's a very bad idea to do anything that affect your credit or banking as I know a couple people were warned when buying a house if they did so all their documentation for getting a home loan can go sour in the bank offering the loans view they don't like new variables. Of course though if they say okay then maybe, but I honestly wouldn't take the chance
