That's what I was told on chat.   I'm curious to see if I'll be offered the upgrade.   My CareCredit account is 2 years old, but hasn't really been used in about a year.

Getting mixed messages on chat. One rep said my account was being upgraded and I'd get a letter then the other one said they can't tell who is being upgraded and I may or may not get a letter. Soooo who knows.

This exactly. Its too soon to tell. I'd hope they give everyone the option.  They should also offer 6-24 month promos on the card too for MC purchases...dream the dream

Wife's letter says card will be sent automatically unless we call and opt out by 10/23

Couple data points:

My wife's card is exactly 2 years old. Used it once for a $1500 dental procedure that we got an 18 month 0% deal on. Basically paid on it for the whole 18 months and just paid it off. Also used it one other time for about $300 almost a year ago. 

Scores are only 660-680, not great at all. She's got 5 synchrony accounts including care credit. All good limits.

Income about $70,000. 

We've been paying a modest monthly payment to Care Credit every month for the last 18 months. Card is now at zero but the letter came before that.

Looks exactly like that but it says CareCredit Rewards on top right of card and MasterCard logo on bottom right

I'm curious too. We have two carecredit accounts in my household so I'm hoping for at least one to be upgraded. No letter yet.
