I received that promo as well. I may try to use it because I coupon there, and 10 % instead of Discover's current 5 % is a solid amount of money. I really never spend over $100 there in a month on a heavy OOP couponing month. Sadly I didn't really plan on doing much couponing this month. Also working on a few sign-up bonuses so they will take priority, and I have been keeping my spend quite low lately as I dramatically increase my savings accounts and invest in some ETFs. So we will see if the promo gets used at all!
