I did a CLI through the automated phone system a few months ago and it was a soft. But I can't say if it's that way for anyone else. As usual YMMV.

I don't know to tell you the truth. I don't do any type of monitoring and only check my reports once a year.

It was a HP for me
I attempted to do a CLI from CareCredit's automated system. The declined to raise my CL to $1500. I then talked to a rep who did a HP and raised it to $2000. I asked the guy if he knew which report was pulled and he said he didn't know. I know they origninally pulled my TU report and I don't have a service monitoring that right now but I'm assuming that it is probably TU.
That sucks being a HP.
Automated system is SP, the system will come back immediately and tell you if it can do it or not... then it stated it could not offer me the cli request but if I pressed 1 to allow for a HP they might be able to, I clicked to cancel and hung up.
