only used mine with the initial opening charge that was paid off almost immediately....have never used again ... year and a half maybe.. saw the Walmart option..... is the 0% still good? I thought that was only for the initial charge?
Depends on you dentist, eye dr., vet etc if they offer promotional financing it isn't up to care credit the dr's office is the one that pays for it and you indireftly pay for it by cost of service. Short answer is they offer promo fiancing way after first charge and first charge isn't guranteed promo either.

You won't get promo financing at Walmart or Rite Aid.

IIRC, Care Credit has sent targeted offers for promotional financing at Rite Aid. Genererally speaking, it isn't available there.
Promotional financing can be used at any point in the life of your account, so long as the vendor offers it. I currently have a balance on my Care Credit from my optometrist, as I was offered 6 months promotional financing.

I've received promo offers for Bowflex and of course for traditional providers but that's it (at least for the PLCC).
It's good to know they continue to add value by offering targeted promos to Rite Aid as well! If they would expand that to Walmart I'm sure many people would find it even more useful.
I just had an issue with my Synchrony Gas card the last activity was in Aug 2017 I was shocked to find out on my own my line of credit decreased from $10.000 to a misley $1064...I called an explain the reason there was no activity is because the chevron gas station closed. Now there is a midas auto service that accept chevron gas i will do an oil change to keep the account active. I called credit solution and they could not reverse the limit. Asked for line increase of at least $5000 the answer not until I can show how I candle handle credit of $1064!! I"ve had the account for 10 years excellent credit with the $10.000 limit...
Wow! i did not know you can use your care credit card at walmart for health items going to use it tomorrow! Thanks for the info everyone![]()

The zero won't work for Walmart, but with that option the amount is significantly less than a medical bill so definately would not be needed. Walmart is great option to keep card active, spend a few $$ on items that you would need anyways, allow it to report, then pay in full after statement cuts. Still zero effect.
