Cash Back for Issued Checks?

My HOA does not accept CC, so I have to write them a check every month for a considerable amount that I don't receive any cash back for. Are there any services or CC that provide cash back on this type of payment?

There are services but their fees would easily outweigh any rewards on your cards.

I'd go as far as 2% for the fees at least that way i'd break even and increase my spending on the Venture.

Most are at least 2.5% in fees, some higher.
