When my card was a Rewards +, I didn't care what the due date was. Now that it is a Custom Cash, I want the due date to be set so the billing cycle matches closely with a calendar month. I have my first Custom Cash due date set to the 1st. I went to change the due date of my new Custom Cash (currently the 24th) to the 1st as well and it only allows me to select the 13th through the 24th. Is there a reason I can't select other dates? Is it just a matter of trying at a different time of the month? Or will my choices always only be the 13th - 24th?
Thanks. And sorry if this is a dumb question.
I think it might just be arbitrary, I can't do 4/11/18/25 or 5/12/19/26, but 1 and 28 are both okay options
that being said, I think because it's arbitrary to just keep checking on it to see if it changes?

Experienced somewhat similar conditions with Citi and couldn't choose the exact date I wanted. Also thought about checking back in each month to see if the options changed, but haven't quite got to it yet.

Interesting ... just changed a credit card date and like the other posters I was allowed certain dates. Chose the option bringing me closest to the actual month end date. They got me within three calendar days.
Note, have changed dates for account cutoffs with other financials and found a similar pattern. Chose a date that got me closest to my preference and it worked out.

You should be able to select more dates at some point.
My best guess as to why you can't see more dates, is just because of where you are in the billing cycle, and it may change if you try again later.
Personally I'd just login everyday until I see more dates.
I'm using the Android app. It's possible it could be different for iPhone users (?).
..or if you're accessing via PC or LT.
I login to the app and select "services" at the bottom of the page, then select "Card & Bank Account Services", then select "Payment Due Date".
Now I see that calendar of available dates.
Here's a screenshot of mine.
As you can see, all of the white squares are available dates to choose from.
I have the selected due date of the 27th.
Billing cycles vary slightly, but my statements always close on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd of the month.
That's my personal preference.

Tried again next day (although it might have been after midnight last night, so same day? lol) and the choices are still 13th - 24th. I go to Manage Autopay, then pick the card, then Edit Series. Maybe there is a better way to try? Anyway, I'll try again at a later date. Thanks all for the replies.
Sounds like that may be your issue... that those are the dates you can pick for "autopay" but not to change your "due date".
TRY THIS...
When you're on the desktop site, and you've navigated to the autopay page l, look at the very top of the screen and there are some hyperlinks in small print across the screen.
One of them should say "change due date".
Click on that and then you should be on the correct page with more dates to choose from.
