I just noticed the Chase Request a Credit Line Increase option has disappeared from their website on all my accounts, I never got the option on the phone app. Anyone else still have the Request a CLI option on their account?

Still there and still leads to;
"This offer isn't available at this time.
We're sorry for the inconvenience.
Make sure you keep your income up-to-date to be considered for future offers."
I never have seen it on the website for any of my 3 Chase cards.
I still see it on the Android app. Last time I clicked it I got the "not available" message. (App last updated 10/13).
I wonder, if you actually do have a CLI offer available, if the link then shows up on the website, while the app just has it hard coded to always appear.
I have never even looked for it since all requests are HP.

I have only seen the CLI offer on the Android app and never on the website. I tried it on the app when it first appeared a month or so ago, but I got the "This offer isn't available at this time." message. After seeing this thread, I tried it again just now and received a $3,000.00 CLI on my Chase Sapphire Preferred card (which is my only Chase card).
I couldn't screenshot it to the security policy on my phone, but I did make note of the text that appeared on the screen, as follows:
"You're pre-approved for a $3,000.00* credit limit increase, but we need more info.
Don't worry, there's no credit check when you request a credit limit increase for a pre-approved card.
*Keep in mind: This offer is based on your existing account information. If the information changes, you may no longer be eligible for this offer."
Other than the above text, the app displayed my current (now old) credit limit, the projected CLI, and the new (now current) credit limit.
Before I could submit the request, they asked me to verify/update my total gross annual income. There was also a box for my monthly mortgage/rent payment, though that was labeled optional. After I hit the "Submit" button, the app said it'd be up to 24 hours before the CLI would be available on my account, but I saw it available for use minutes later.

I saw it on the website but never on the iPhone app (I've kept it up-to-date to have the latest available version). When I tried it on the website I also got the "This offer isn't available at this time" message. And the menu option seems to have disappeared from my Chase account on the website.
I don't recall seeing any DPs from people who put through a CLI request and were denied. Perhaps they only meant for it to show up for certain users who were eligible for soft-pull CLIs, and accidentally added the menu option to some customers for whom the "offer isn't available at this time."
It is still appearing on the app for my wife's Amazon Prime card. Unfortunately the message that she isn't eligible also still appears when you select it.
For me it never appeared on the app for the original Freedom card. It did appear on the website though when I used a computer for me previously. Haven't checked today. Last time I got the same message my wife gets.

I have it on both Chase Sapphire and Amazon from the Chase App using my iPhone but always get the message that "We can't complete this request"

Well it still shows on my app and online. Also, I had a preapproved 1600 waiting for me when I clicked it with no hard pull at all.
It still shows up on both mobile and website for both my CSR and CFU. But as others have said, I get the not available at this time verbiage. Frankly, I never put enough spend on either card to justify an increase. I'd be shocked if that sp option ever became available for me. But I'll keep checking every month or so.
