Oh I'm certain it did. I held off for about a month telling myself I didn't need it, and I still don't, but the sign-up bonus was too good to pass up so I eventually caved. I'm definitely not a big spender though so for me it's more about maximizing the amount of cashback I can get on what I do spend. The CSR definitely has great benefits, but it's too much card for me at present.
