Chase Expedited CC Delivery

Amazon automatically made my card available to use before I even physically had the card. I contacted Chase so that I could get my application number or account number to set up my online account. They said they couldn't give me that information over the phone but the could expedite my physical credit card without any additional cost or obligations.

Seems that what was suppose to be 1-2 weeks just turned into less than 24 hours. I have a notification from my shipping company to expect an overnighted package today. Almost too good to be true, we'll see. The person on the other end was a little difficult to understand as well.

They did the same for me with my CFU. I requested the expedite and the card was at my house 2 days later.

Believe calling in to get the card rushed is the only way to get it quickly. Haven't read anyone getting a new/replacement expedited even with the CSP/CSR cards without calling in to do it.

You can request expedited cards over secure message... I've done it many times.

My point being is that you have to initiate the request even with their premium cards for expedited shipping unlike AMEX which will default to overnight without any prompting from the customer.

For chase i have both the Ritz and CSR.
2 years ago someone stole the numbers from my Ritz card. When i called they stopped all charges and even though i was going to be home on Monday and it was Friday they overnighted me a card to my folks home that we were visiting.
So for those who sau chase doesnt do it maybe it is due to the higher end card but they overnighted it without me even asking them to.
FYI i was in illinois and the card was being used to splurge on pizza hut 150 bucks and a Chinese place for 75 bucks in Denver CO. I thought that to be the funny part.

Not all cards are overnighted.

While it may seem like better customer service on AMEX's part to automatically overnight certain new cards to cardholders, they have their mind set in stone when sending new cards out. If they want to send it out USPS 7-10 days, you cannot request the change be made.

With Chase, they will overnight new cards upon approval if you request they do so, even if they originally planned to send it out USPS.
