So after reading the success stories of all the Chase Freedom card holders, knowing that I should continue to garden. I had the itch to app for the Chase Freedom CC. I did and was told that my app needs further review before approval. I called Chase's recon dept. The representative told me that in order for her to approve my app I need to establish more time at my new job, and to continue to build my report a bit more before approval (whatever that means), but sorry she must deny me at this very moment.
Moving on, didn't want to frustrate myself too much, so I then loaded Walmart's website, and app for their CC, and I was instantly approved $500 CL. Even though my main focus was actually acquiring the chase freedom card. Walmart does come in handy with those Fico Monthly scores. Satisfied I am

I, for one, like my Walmart store card. I do shop there frequently and the free FICO score is definitely an added perk

@luvs That is weird.......what were GE's denial reasons?
