I read it over on DOC that Chase has brought back that generous 5x Grocery spend (Up to 12,000) for 12 months offer back for all new Freedom card holders (Flex, Unlimited).
Freedom however this quarter has 5x on groceries so the grocery sign up promotion duplicative if you already have one of the Freedom cards.
I'm 5/24 until next week. If they keep the offer around a couple of months I may nibble on it.
I'm a bridesmaid till December
Not fair ☹️
This makes me sad that I opened a Freedom Flex a month ago.

Same, even if I can make it that long. 😂
if I apply for anything else between now and December, it will be June '22 before I would be 4/24.

I don't even know if I want it, I know I don't need it, but I like pretend goals that keep me from impulsive apps.
@BH1985 I was literally approved yesterday... I feel your pain.
I wonder if a SM might net the new bonus?

Well if it make you feel better I never got an elevated bonus on my CFU, CSP or CF when I applied. I converted my CFU to a CFF and so I got no bonus at all for the Flex.
But now since its been 25 months since I got my CFU and I don't have the card anymore I would be eligible to go for the bonus this time around. I'm not too eager to get it because I have 5x groceries this quarter on the CFF already. The promotional 0% APR is something I could see myself potentially taking advantage of, if they would give me a baller limit. I already have 73,000 limit for Chase so it might be automatic financial review territory for me. It would also reduce my AoA if I added the account, another consideration.
