These are

Is there any idea about my chances of approved by this card? Thanks

Re: Chase Freedom

Any recent CO's or major derog's? If not, with those scores, you're in. In NY they pull EX.

Good luck.

Re: Chase Freedom

I reconned the same day as app. I have no idea why they pulled again, I was pretty upset about it too. I honestly think any time you ask them for something they pull. If you apply, they pull (obviously), recon (they pull), ask for CLI (they pull).  Unless you have a generic question, basically anything you do with them is a pull.

Re: Chase Freedom

Do you have any loans that have a longer history? In general we recommend you wait you have around a year to 18 months (preferably)  of credit history before applying for non-student prime cards. You may get it now, but a little bit of time would certainly improve your chances.

Re: Chase Freedom

I think your scores are good enough for the Freedom card. I love mine!

As long as you are free of any major recent derogs, you're probably fine.

That's strange because when I reconned with them they went off the report that was originally pulled upon applying.

That makes me mad.  I also had the same thing happen with discover. Not a recon, but when I apped they needed more information, so I called and all they wanted to do was verify my address because stinkin' credit bureau keeps listing an old address as the current one, even though I've notfied them several times. Anyway, they pullled a 2nd report to verify the address and I got hit with that one too. So for 2 cards, I got hit with 4 inqs. Smiley Mad

Re: Chase Freedom

I recently did a recon with Citi and they pulled the same (Exp) again.  I called Exp and was able to have one removed since it was within a week of eachother, they deleted as a dup.
