Usually the soft-pull increases are given at their discretion, when they want to. Some never get them, some get more than one a year. It really depends on how they feel about you.
Must garden until 2/1/2022 to hit my goal AAOA. 
I had my freedom for over a year with no offers for a CLI, finally just took the HP and they doubled my limit... YMMV

Really depends on what you want out of a card, if you are gardening or simply just not applying for other cards, increasing limits on current cards is good. Depends on if you want a HP or not. I wouldn't, just got mine and it has $6,000 CL. This is enough for me as this is my secondary card.
