So i just applied and was approved for a Chase Ink Cash card and was shocked with a $5000 limit! I just got the card in the mail and its a WORLD MASTERCARD!
What is this all about?
It mentions on the paperwork where it says the limit "No Pre-Set Spending Limit Revolving Access Line"...Does this mean i have a credit limit or is it NPSL?
Anyways...if anyone has any info, thanks!
can't answer the WORLD question, but the other one means that your card can go up to the $5000 limit. You can order multiple cards and set limits for each one. Yours can access the entire limit, that's what it refers to.... I got approved for mine last week and it should get here tomorrow.
I'm probably wrong, but my interpretation was that it is considered NPSL because it is a hidden line, but has a hidden cap at 5k? I am sure if you called for a specific purchase they would be willing to flex that limit.
Chase has great customer support. The only thing I don't like is that we can get a new card with a large limit, but they wont give a cli to existing accounts. Doesn't make business sense to me when they are giving out 50k bonus at signup..it is definitely in our best interest to just get a new product anyways.
Congrats on the new card!

Just out of curiosity, did you apply as a sole proprietor? How much did you say your estimated monthly spend would be? Did you have to recon?

Then he went on hold, and came back and confirmed my address to "know where to send this stuff" and then said i was approved for $5000!
