Chase - Missing Card

Hey guys, so I just added my mom as a authorize user to get the $10 bonus from Chase, but now my Freedom is gone. What happened?

Well certainly Chase would know OP. Have you reached out to them?

If it's not displaying on your online profile then potentially a glitch? It would behoove you to call them.

If this is online you should double check that you did not accidentally hide the card as well. Chase does allow you to hide accounts. The other option is that I have heard that Chase will issue a new set of cards with new expiration numbers for all card holders when an AU is added. This could result in a temporary display alignment online. You should either call up the mighty Chase or wait a bit for it to correct itself.

@zerofire- not sure where you heard that or what source, but AFAIK, no new card numbers are generated whenever an AU is added as both CC #s are the same for primary and AU.   Biz CCs are a different story, however.
