Chase Online Interface; Different for Branded/Co Branded Cards?

Does Chase have different looks/features/layout for their in house Cards (CSP,C$R, Freedom, FU, etc) compared to those of Co branded cards (AARP, Amazon, Disney, IHG, Marriott, Ritz Carlton, United, etc)?

A few months ago, my buddy quickly showed me the online portal of his newly acquired CSP. It looked alot differently than how my Amazon & United cards looked. It seemed like he had more detailed information and an overall better experience with online banking than me.

Very likely the case. My wife and I both have the Disney Visa. Her site was updated about 6 weeks before mine was. Mine finally caught up and all showed the same (Disney, Amazon, and Hyatt).

Not for everyone.  Apparently if you have a business card they havent updated your account.  I still have the old interface.

Actually, because I linked my personal to the business account (all under one log in), I do not have the new interface.  Maybe change when I app for CSR? Smiley Wink

Yep, I still have the older interface as well due to business card.  I like the look of the new site but find I can find things much easier on the old one.

Intersting.. Note I put "I Believe or think"... Obviously not everyone has been upgraded Smiley Happy.. Should hopefully be done soon enough.  I know it has been a low slow roll-out.   Als didn't consider business cards Smiley Happy

I onl;y have the Freedom Unlimited (branded) and AARP (co-op) but they both are shown on the same site/page and went from the old format to the new one at the same time.

You mean the UR Points portal? Yes, that would be specific to Freedom, CSP, and CSR, in my estimation. I can get to an Ultimate Rewards portal from the Freedom card, including shopping portals and travel purchase options. If you don't have a UR-earning card, that would seem like you would not get there.

My Chase interface changed over a month or two ago. It's different, seems a little more intuitive, because before a clicked link would take you to sub-screens that you had to back out of. This method keeps the card list on the left and makes it easier to get to specifics on a card, without completely burying you in the screens. The basic interface, however, is the same for Slate, Freedom, Marriott and Hyatt. Once you click through to the Ultimate Rewards page, that is not updated.
