Chase Pre-qualify site working?

For about a week plus I have been trying to check Chase's Pre qualify site.

Every time I put in my info and click the submit button I get the message below. Is this the same for everyone, or is this their way of telling me they have no prequal cards for me?

We're unable to complete your request. The System is unavailable at this time. Please try again later.

Here is what I get

We are unable to locate any offers for you at this time.

This may be because you have opted out of "pre-screened" offers from Chase and other companies or you have recently responded to another offer from Chase.

However we may still have products to meet your needs. Please continue to chase.com

I've been getting a different problem altogether. I keep trying to run my fella through it and the button won't change colors for me to submit. I've tried on 3 devices and countless browsers. I've triple checked and everything is filled out, but it won't work!

I appreciate you testing it out for me. a bit odd that I'm not getting the unable to locate offers page. It's been happening well over a week.

Are you using this site? https://www.chase.com/prequalified

Thats weird. I would think a different device would definitely change that. Seems that chase is just having issues.

I figured it out. I put in an address thats about 6 years since I've lived there(for some reason one of my CRs has this address listed as my latest address although its date is much earlier than the date they have my REAL current address as) and I got the NO OFFERS page. seems that my address was the issue. They should change the page to something else if address is wrong, I would think

Crazy, as I have an actual account with them that my current address is tied to.

I've never gotten any offers from Chase. Though I've been approved for every Chase card I apped for so far. I've never understood why I don't see offers either. I haven't opted out of any thing.

Good to hear that you got them. I would apply, but I do have a COd card from 5 years ago that the company told me about 10 days ago they would be deleting. Also have a few hospital bills yet, and my score is only high 500s so I dont want to take the leap of faith in actually applying just yet without a preapp

I was experiencing the same exact strange behavior, and this is what ended up working to make the button clickable for me: before you enter any personal info into the textboxes for the pre-qual page, first click the checkbox that you agree to the terms, the Submit button should now become active and change colors. Now enter your info, and click the Submit button. Hope it works OK for you too, good luck!

I had this happen to me for a while. Then I checked in a different month and it would change color and allow me to submit. It's weird.
