Can you still get the Chase Ritz Carlton card through a Chase PC?
I know it is no longer available to the public for apps, but I saw something that said if you have a Chase Marriott card you can call them and ask for a PC to the Chase Ritz Carlton, is this still a thing?
I am not sure why I have had this fascination with cards I can't have, but this one might actually be a cool one to work towards, if possible.

It's still a thing
One would need to have Marriot card for at least a year due to difference between AFs.
so once someone PCs over to the ritz, is the annual fee charged for that statement cycle or will it be charged the subsequent year?

likely a few months after PC. can't get the best of everything for free lol. Usually how PC's work with CSP/CSR not immediate, but within a few months
So you're telling me there's a chance... lol

I did it approximately 18 months ago. As others have said, open a Chase/Marriott card, have it for at least one year. Then call to do a product change. You will be billed soon after.
Does it matter which Marriott card you PC from? Can it be the no AF Marriott card?

Any personal Marriott card issued by Chase is acceptable.
