Chase Sapphire Preferred CLI

Does anyone know if they do a HP or SP? I have had the card for a few month has a $6k CL. I am leaving the country

and would like them to increase it. Should I ask or no?

I was informed by a backdoor analyst.... always a HP for everything. I don't have much experience with Chase but that's from the horses mouth so to speak.
