I've asked a couple of chase reps in the past and the consensus seems to be, without them outright saying it, that the 100k bonus was just when it was new and won't come back. To that end, the CSP was apparently 100k when it was new.
The CSP gives you a 5k bonus if you add an authorized user and has no annual fee for year 1. You can always upgrade it to the CSR in year 2 assuming you have a $10k or higher limit. So if you can go without the CSR benefits in year 1 that might be the way to go...but personally I think CSP + Citi Prestige is a better combo than getting the CSR. You should be able to get the Prestige for the reduced $350 annual fee by becoming a Citi Premier customer for 1 month, opening the Prestige, then canceling the Premier status after the AF drops for the prestige. premier costs $30 per month, but after you lose the status people say they still get the reduced card fee in subsequent years.
It's not as easy to get the 60k bonus as people claim, I think. According to my secured messages, you have to be a Chase Private Label customer, which I think refers to the Chase Private Client program, which requires you to have $250,000 in assets with Chase. So...yeah.
